Field Services

Originally specializing in Rotating Equipment control system upgrades and refurbishment, we have invested and grown our Field Services Team to facilitate our Global customer base, across a range of Gas Turbines.   This field service success coupled with our in-house legacy controls products, experience and knowledge, enables us to truly be an independent alternative to the OEM.

Level 1 and Level 2 Servicing of your engines is completed at site by our experienced and responsive global field service team, whereas level 3 and 4 (Major) servicing is completed at one of our strategically located OEM licensed facilities. Our independence from the OEM allows us to select the best option to fit your needs, both in terms of quality and turnaround time.

We recognize that availability is important to you, therefore we aim to complete as much maintenance work either in situ, or in-country as possible, thus significantly reducing downtime. Shipping out of region is always the last resort, however we oversee the entire process on your behalf ensuring quality and turnaround times are met. Our Field Service Team is available to act in a responsive manner to any emergency situation.
